Meet Courtney
Dr. Courtney Babut
ChiropractorHelping your body feel better and keep doing what you love at every stage of life.
My Approach
I believe chiropractic care should be about more than temporary relief. My approach is personalized to your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, combining hands-on treatment with movement, rehabilitation, and education to help you feel better and move with confidence.
Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, and individualized exercises, depending on your needs. Beyond the treatment room, my goal is to help you better understand your body and feel confident taking an active role in your health, so you can get back to the activities you love and keep doing them for years to come.

Continuing Education
Since recently becoming a mom to my baby boy, I have developed an even greater passion for supporting women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as caring for infants. I am currently pursuing additional continuing education in these areas to expand my knowledge and better support families through every stage of life.
A Little About Me
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, unwinding with a good book or a new baking recipe. I consider myself an athlete for life with a love for running, hiking and strength training. I am also the founder of Cavan Run Club in town!
My own experience with five knee surgeries has played a big role in shaping who I am and why I became a chiropractor. Before I was ever a healthcare provider, I was a patient myself, learning firsthand how challenging recovery can be and how meaningful it is to get back to the things you love. That experience is something I carry with me into every patient interaction and is a big part of why I’m so passionate about helping others feel their best and stay active.
Let's Work Together
Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, managing pain, or looking to move with greater confidence, I’m here to help you stay active and feel your best.
