Physiotherapist & Co-founderMovement is medicine.
My Approach
I believe physiotherapy should be collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your goals. Every appointment is one-on-one, giving us the time to understand your injury, answer your questions, and develop a treatment plan that helps you return to the activities that matter most.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, rehabilitating after surgery, recovering from a concussion, or experiencing dizziness or balance concerns, my goal is to help you move with confidence and get back to doing what you enjoy.

A Little About Me
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I've had the opportunity to live in Ireland, Belgium, England, Scotland, and now Canada, where Millbrook has become home. My experiences living and working in different countries have shaped my appreciation for building meaningful relationships and providing care that is individualized to each person.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, I worked in education and later helped establish the Spinal Cord Institute of Zambia. I also volunteered as a physiotherapist for the Peterborough Petes and Peterborough Lakers, experiences that reinforced my passion for helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me trail running, cycling, travelling, coaching with Cavan Fc, or spending time with my wife, Laine, and our three boys. I also speak English, French, Dutch, and Spanish.
Let's Work Together
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, managing a concussion, or looking to improve your mobility and performance, I'd be happy to help you get back to moving with confidence.
