Physiotherapist & Co-Founder

Helping women move with confidence through pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage beyond.

My Approach

I really care about getting to know the person in front of me and understanding the bigger picture of what’s going on. Pelvic health can affect so many parts of your life — how you move, exercise, feel in your body, and do the things you love. I take a whole-person approach to physiotherapy, with one-on-one appointments and plenty of time to ask questions, understand what’s going on, and work together on a treatment plan that feels right for you and your goals.

Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, managing pelvic pain, navigating perimenopause or returning to exercise, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported throughout the process.

A Little About Me

As a physiotherapist, my goal is simple: to help women feel strong, informed, and confident in their bodies.

I know that concerns like pelvic pain, leaking, birth recovery, or returning to exercise can feel overwhelming—and they're often accompanied by frustration, embarrassment, or the feeling that you're expected to "just live with it." My role is to help change that.

I believe the best care starts by listening. Every appointment is one-on-one, giving us the time to understand your story, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan that's tailored to your goals and your life. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, managing pelvic floor symptoms, or adapting to the changes of perimenopause and menopause, my focus is on providing evidence-informed care in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Outside the clinic, I'm a wife, mum to three energetic boys, and someone who genuinely loves learning. Pursuing a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences, allows me to continue growing as a clinician and bring the latest research into the care I provide every day.

Let's Work Together

Whether you're experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, preparing for birth, or simply looking to move with greater confidence, I'd love to help.
