The Site and its Content are owned by Gary and Laine Wall. The Company is committed to protecting your Personal Information. We will only collect or use your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy herein.

When using the Site, filling out forms, providing comments or contacting us, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, birthdate, where you found us, mailing address, payment or credit card information. We use this information to deliver the product purchased, information requested, improve performance and applicability of the Site, and provide you with educational content, newsletters, promotions and special offers.

While using the Site, Courses, Services and/or Products, you may create a password for login. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe and are also responsible for any actions which occur through the use of your username/password whether by you directly or through the use of your account.

We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damages as a result of your failure to protect your login information or your unauthorized sharing of the same.

11. Children’s Online Privacy Protection

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13. Please STOP and do not use, view, or otherwise browse the Site, Courses, Services and/or Products you are under 13 years of age. If you’re younger than 13 you are not permitted to enter any Personal information on this Site.
